Fees and Payment Terms

Processing fees, monthly fees, and other charges will be clearly disclosed in your merchant agreement. Fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice. You authorize us to debit fees from your designated bank account.

Limitation of Liability

PayCandy.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms.
